Our aim is to represent all of the major grape varieties in Argentina with our own label, namely Terruño (the Spanish translation of Terroir). We are currently working with some of the major wineries in Argentina to develop wines that show the fruit characteristics of each grape variety in the Terroir in which they are at their best. We believe that the use of oak should be kept to a minimum (just a touch in the Chardonnay) in order that you can best appreciate the true magic that the use of Irrigation, warm days, cool nights and an abundance of sunshine at altitude has on these grape varieties.
